yea thats fine, 2 gauge wire is over kill for any thing under 800 rms. one thing you are going to have to up grade is the ground from your battery to the car body....

Is an electronics certificate from a vocational school enough to get a job in electronics?

If you mean a school like ITT tech then it is not much better then a high school diploma. Most electronics techs do not have anything above a high school education. They test and assemble electronics. Designing electronics is usually left to engineers. Your best bet is the A.S. degree. You can get your foot in the door and transfer most of the credit to a university if you want to continue on to an engineering degree. A degree from ITT tech or similar company will not be transferable or help out...

which is the top branch in b.tech.it or cs or mech or electronics?????

I think electronics is the top branch because as you can see there are a lot of electronics devices are comming up and its increasing demand. Its the base by which computer runs. One can do software R &D being a btec in electronics. Anyway, you can also say electronics and cs are two best brunches very close each other and far ahead of the other two....

It is better to run a new wire and put the appropriate fuse on it. You can tap into the 4 gauge or slip an extra wire in at a distribution block, but be sure to put a fuse on it. The 4 gauge wire can have up to a 150 amp fuse on it. 12-16 gauge wire will melt before it blows a 150 amp fuse....
